The Variobend DB series stands for high precision, fast motion sequences, and efficient profile production. Two bending beams, state-of-the-art drive technology, and a machine design optimized for productivity enable short processing times and a high degree of flexibility for a wide variety of bending tasks.

In addition to its high bending capacity, the Variobend DB series focuses on precise bent parts and short processing times. By simultaneously controlling three axes, multiple movements can be performed in parallel when changing the bending direction—such as moving the clamping beam, positioning the back gauge, and then closing the clamping beam.

In combination with modern servo technology, this results in particularly dynamic and efficient motion sequences for productive profile manufacturing.

Patented bending system
The angled bending beam on the Variobend double bender creates a particularly large working area, thereby significantly expanding the range of possible profiles. This makes it possible to produce even complex profile geometries that can only be produced to a limited extent—or not at all—with conventional long-run bending machines.
Cutting machine for steel up to 2.00 mm
The integrated cutting unit processes sheet steel up to 2.00 mm thick cleanly and reliably. For precise cutting directly on the machine and efficient manufacturing processes.
3D software
Go from sketch to bending program in no time: The Variobend V-Touch 3D software stands out for its user-friendliness and intuitive profile management—for easy programming and efficient production.
Opening Height DB
The Variobend DB stands out with its unique opening height of up to 700 mm. This allows a single person to turn sheet metal directly on the machine table and makes it easy to load and unload small coils.
Electric Back Gauge
The electric back gauge is driven by high-precision, maintenance-free ball screws and ensures consistently accurate positioning. The electric stop covers a range from 5 to 1,000 mm (optionally up to 1,250 mm). The stop fingers offer impressive stability, rigidity, and precise positioning.
Segments for bending and clamping beams
The high-strength, segmented bending beams ensure clean bending results without unwanted marks. In the event of damage, only the affected segment can be replaced—quickly, cost-effectively, and without having to replace the entire beam.
High rigidity base frame
The high inherent rigidity of the base frame ensures excellent bending results. The solid frame profile eliminates the need for floor anchoring and ensures consistently high bending angle accuracy.
Safety Package
Safety Without Sacrificing Flexibility—The safety package with a light curtain reliably monitors the work area and ensures safe operations during folding, without unnecessarily complicating operation.
5-Year Warranty
