Innovation Standing Seam System

Even more capabilities right at the bending machine: A new device for the automatic and precise closing of standing seams has been developed for the fully electric Variobend V2.5.

This solution enables standing seams to be closed in a controlled and repeatable manner directly during the processing step. As a result, a previously separate work step is now further integrated into the automated production process.

The device, specially tailored to the V2.5, ensures uniform and precise processing along the entire length of the profile. At the same time, the automation reduces manual effort and supports consistently high production quality.

In combination with the Variobend V2.5’s fully electric drive system, this creates yet another option for efficiently and reliably manufacturing complex profiles.
